In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund as applicable.
